ABOUT

Our Story

We founded Navarro and Sons Equipment Corp back in 2000 in order to best serve customers who want to repair their vehicles yet don’t want the hassle of searching for all of the parts they need. In order to do so we started out by collecting a large variety of auto parts from many different brands all in one place.

We offer our clients a friendly and informative environment where they can shop for a wide range of auto parts. Let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

RETURNS

How It Works

RETURNS. We allow returns for refund only. We do not allow exchanges. For items purchased online, returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at navarroandsons.equipmentcorp@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item's order number and your reason for the return. Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return.

RETURN SHIPPING. Returns authorization for items shipped in error, or items being returned/exchange because they are defective or damage, will include a pre-paid shipping label. Return shipping on items that are being returned/exchanged for other reasons will be paid for by the customer.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS. The following items: Clearance items, and Gift Cards are not eligible for return/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at management's discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.

CONDITION OF ITEMS. Except for items that were damage when purchased, items may be "open box" but must be unused, undamaged, and complete with all original packaging.

FORM OF PAYMENT. Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original for of payment minus shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

How it Works

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

Domestic Shipping:

Standard (5-8 Business Days): $25 - $15k

Express (3 Business Days): $100 - $15k

Free Local Pickup

PROCESSING TIME. Order are processed within 2 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

CANCELLATIONS. After order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled, If there are questions about cancelling an order, please contact us.

​

DELARED ORDER. In the case of delayed processing, customer will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status

​

DAMAGED ORDERS. Navarro and Sons Equipment Corp is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
